Courage Adams Bike Check [Fly] 2025

courage adams bike check

Are you ready to check out the latest Courage Adams bike check?

Here’s a full breakdown of his current setup.

Courage is a Fly Bikes rider through and through, so his bike is an epic Fly build, featuring his signature parts. (But there are still some Animal parts there.)

One of the biggest changes he made recently is switching from 175mm to 160mm BMX cranks.

After running longer cranks for years, he now prefers the extra responsiveness that comes with shorter ones.

And of course, he’s still all about that cassette hub life – no plans to switch to a freecoaster anytime soon.

Courage’s setup is built for absolute bike control, whether he’s locking into technical moves or sending massive gaps.

Old Courage Adams Bike Checks

1. Source BMX 2023 Bike Check

If you ever wanted to see an in-depth bike check with Courage, like me, today is your lucky day – mine, too!

In true Source BMX spirit, they teamed up with Van Homan, who knows how to ask the right bike questions so the riders provide the most info on their setups.

Here’s eleven minutes worth of bike check content that you do not want to miss.

Did you know that Courage rides forks with a 30mm offset? I bet you were sure he must be riding something steep, but he’s not. However, his frame does have a 75.5-degree head tube and he also runs a stem with 48mm reach.

He also switched from 175mm cranks to 160mm ones and went from a 28t sprocket down to a 25t one.

2. Courage’s Fly Savanna Build

While this might not be a video bike check that we’re used to seeing, it has a few really solid technical street riding clips in it that are a must-watch.

Not just that, the quick overview of the beautiful all-black Fly Savanna build that Courage rides made me watch it three times.

Reminder: Courage has a signature Fly Savanna frame, seat and bar – all with a lifetime warranty.

5. 2019 Bike Check

If you’d like to check some beautiful close-up shot of Courage Adams’ bike setup from 2019, Our BMX has you sorted.

What’s cool, there’s also a quick bike-related interview that talks about bars position, his signature Fly frame, signature seat, and more.

Courage also says he doesn’t like building a completely fresh bike from scratch because it “feels weird.”

I’m the same! It takes too long to get used to a brand new setup.

6. 2017 Bike Check

A crisp-looking bike check from 2017 that you can check in full over on DIG.

Along with the complete list of parts, DIG also asked Courage some questions that aren’t bike-related, rather riding, Spain and Visa.

7. 2015 Bike Check

I always enjoy going back in time, seeing a younger version of a rider. In this case, here’s Courage from 2015 introducing you to his then bike setup.

2015 was when Courage wasn’t yet on Animal and didn’t have signature Fly parts.

But the bike still looks dope, and we even get to see a few park and street riding clips.
